Peaches and Cream Dessert at Speedy Romeo’s

I wish the peaches were roasted or grilled since that would have made them sweeter. Also, I didn’t love the mint garnish but the vanilla bean pudding underneath it all was delicious. Plus the hazelnuts was yummy.

Peach Lemonade Coolers via fattiesdelight

2 medium sized, ripe peaches, peeled, halved and pitted
1/2 cup lemonade
1 ounce vodka of choice

Puree the peaches and lemonade in a blender until smooth. 
Pour vodka over ice in a rocks glass.  Top off with peach-lemonade puree.
