Yesterday was the last Saturday of Smorgasburg. There was a table to sell raffle tickets for the Culinary Trust which is the nonprofit arm of the IACP (International Association of Culinary Professionals). The raffle prizes were cookbooks. I volunteered at the table. It was great to see several fellow food bloggers.
